Cleaning House
I live in an older house. Yesterday it was time to clean the bathroom again. Sometimes I get frustrated because much of it was here before we ever lived here which doesn't make cleaning any easier. Sometimes I compare that to my faith and how the Bible says we have had "our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water" (Hebrews 10:22). Even though when I look at the little tiny progress I have made in one spot I usually give up and call it good. Fortunately God doesn't have as short of an attention span as I do. He keeps working on us until we have been made like Him. He doesn't get frustrated from all of the stuff we have left over from our lives before we knew Him. He does all the work to make us perfect in His sight.

Its sad really that this incidental peace of dirt took so much time.
